credit card fraud

so it turns out i have been a victim of credit card fraud, i never really check my statements as im pretty clued up on what and where i spend on it, they rang me to question multiple transactions to the same place over the space of 10 days.

£68.20 x 6 to ebuyer.com

£39.99 x 5 to tesco-direct

thankfully my credit card company is refunding me the full amount, just goes to show that these fekkers can stay under the radar for so long and if it wasnt for my cc company ringing me i would be none the wiser. now signed up to online banking with them so i can track all my transactions daily.

That’s not so good. Don’t you use PayPal for online purchases ?

At at least you got it back

i did do for most of my purchases but after a few bad experiences with ebay/paypal leaving me out of pocket i have lost some faith with paypal. i find that the buyer protection from credit cards is good enough for me, i pay for pretty much everything on my credit cards so im always covered.
