Arrgghhh I really hate apple

Bought my iPhone 4 from apple meddowhall outright,

I'm now on my 5th one in 8 months, all keep loosing signal, went in today to demand a refund only to be offered an exchange

Sick of the stupid thing now

Any idea of how I would address getting a refund?
