kevD8KPP Posted October 7, 2018 Report Share Posted October 7, 2018 I had the same problem with the profile picture, if you haven't got any photo editing software such as Microsoft office photo editor, usually on laptops then try sending the photo you want to yourself either via e mail or media message which will reduce it automatically, then save that photo and check to see if it's small enough , if you do it by E mail attachment it usually ask' s you what size you want to reduce it to .
