new leicestershire member and owner

hi all

my names sean and as of yesterday i became the owner of a w reg scooby,

my wife felt sorry for the car as it hadnt been looked after by its owner who was selling it and advised me to buy it for a quiet life lol,its got a bit of a miss when under power so its booked in monday for full service and a diagnostic to see what its problem is.told garage i got a budget of £1000 to spend on rectifying the miss fire then i got find a body shop do a little cosmetics as it has had a new windscreen fitted at some point at they didnt put the top screen weather strip back on so its started to rust,i have ordered a new weather strip and clips ready.

i will try to post a pic but i am most likely going to be trawling the forum for advice.

thanks for having me and hopefully i will get to meet a few of you at a midland meet some time

Shrek i have no idea were that is. Garage i use is the one near cobleys transport. Vut if your ever in broughton give me a shout mate

How can you live there and not know where it is.go out on to the main route for croft/Narborough but turn left towards Sapcote and it's the big shell station on the right
