If the council are aware of the pot hole in question you can claim for the repairs...................but.......it will take along time to get your dough back ?

At least it wasn't the Subaru ?

I just want the wheels repairing before my teeth shake out :)

Cant be bothered with trying to claim. Would take months of trying to prove it. Complete waste of time :):(

I've got a claim which will be successful for this - hit a pothole in my WRX which buckled the wheel and burst the tyre. It's dead easy to do and who doesnt like stuff for free? I very nearly put in for the cost of the wheels - but in the end I went for just one.
