Track Tyres

Scratch

Recommended Posts

So then, I now have my spare wheels, yet to be refurbished though, I'm planning to put some track tyres on them.

So what have people tried, what cna you recommend ?

Would liek something that isn't going to disappear in 5 minutes, nor go to jelly after 3 laps (as my Bridgestone RE040's did).

think there what rocko has on his little bad boy 205, very impressed with them he has said , i will be going for another pair of ad08 though tbh , as at 68 quid a corner , cant go wrong , cant believe how little has been took of the fronts after yesterday , pushed like hell into corners in the afternoon , and tyres are looking very very good , will be after some full slicks though for mareham just for the giggle ,

Only problem with those at racetyres is that they only list 1 tyre at 18" and it doesn't even look vaguely the right size.

Need 225 40 or 45 x 18 seem to be struggling for something this big, might have to think about getting rid of the 18"s and getting some 17"s instead, as most 18" tyres seem to be approaching £200 a corner...

Why dont you just fit AD08's Paul ? They aren't 200 a corner ?
