So if you get a courier deliver to your door all they need is a anybodys signature (Might i add that i missed today's delivery by 10 mins :lol:)

Yet when you call to arrange collection you almost need your life story to collect it ? passport, Driving Licence (inc paper bit), utility bill etc etc

What's that all about :huh:

This is UK mail by the way

:Red-Wink::laughing::mad:

If I ever have to deal with City Link again in my lifetime I will be very upset. Always late, card through the door "you weren't in", a depot a million miles away, a queue for an hour and a half, and then when you get your item, you find half of it was still in the warehouse.

Spanners.

They come to your house, knock on your door, if your not in what do you expect?

Surely you are expecting a delivery? Leave a note saying leave it with the neigbour ect maybe??

No no, the notes are always left when I'm in!

Best one ever is when I saw the note go through the door, ran out the apartment and caught him on the stairs "I'm in" "I didn't think you were so I left a note". "ok where is my parcel?" "in the van I didn't bring it up"

Basically he was leaving the note and doing a runner. That wasn't city link though...

Ian, read my post !!! :lol: I wasn't ranting about not being in when they delivered it, just the fact then when they knock at your door all they require is a signature, but when you go to collect from the depot they want chapter and verse about your life before they let you have ya parcel :wallbash:
