  1. That is correct. 225/45ZR17 8Jx17 ET53 5x114.3 Pirelli Cinturato tyres 91Y rated
  2. Sorry, I could have worded that more clear. They have never run on a car since the refurb. Fits late spec wide track Blobeye STI, Hawkeye etc. Offset: 8JJx17 ET53 (as pictured below)
  3. Hi all, listed is a set of fully refurbed wheels, never run on a car so are as brand new. Also, two fitted with recent brand new tyres. https://photos.app.goo.gl/osbvoqBf9iUGCdt17 https://photos.app.goo.gl/PxvcEQWXTjkem8go7 £250ono
  4. Car has just sailed through a fresh MoT. Now valid until 01/04/20. It won't let me adjust the original advert, so for clarification, car is priced at £15,495 ono.
  5. Not sure at the moment. Probably something more usable as a daily driver and appropriate for the kids, but still sporty. I'm also busy with work and finishing getting our house renovated so the Subaru has taken more of a back seat of recent. My brother has a contact who can do some great deals on brand new BMW's. I've got a daily driver to knock about in so the Subaru will be sat in the garage in the meantime.
  6. For sale is my much loved SC450 STI Hawkeye in the most desirable colour combination of blue with gold wheels, arguably the best looking Impreza made and the last of the line of true rally pedigree. The car was first registered new on the 1st April 2006 at Lucas of Mansfield Subaru to its first female owner. She owned the car for just under 5 years where she traded it in at Vertu Honda of Mansfield. I purchased the car from Vertu Honda on 23/02/11 and have owned it as the second of only two owners for approximately 7 and a half years. At the time of purchase the car had done considerably below average miles, and under my ownership has averaged approx 5000-6000 miles per year. All of which can be verified on a quick MoT check online. MoT runs until 1st April 2019. Car is HPI clear, with the two original keys (including ID tag on second key needed to order replacement keys) I also have third uncut brand new key as a spare. Lots of interesting paperwork including original Subaru newsletter of new spec for latest model (Hawkeye) plus original sales brochure. Old tax discs and all old Mot's. The car benefits from a full comprehensive service history, main dealer when new and since my ownership, has been maintained by Roger Clark Motorsport and Scooby Clinic. I have all receipts and invoices running into the tens of thousands of pounds for servicing and maintenance plus high spec full engine rebuild at the end of 2015. In the 7 and a half years of ownership, the total cost I've invested into the car in terms of maintenance and uprated mechanical parts runs to approx £32,850. Interior is very clean and unabused with minimal signs of wear. Steering wheel has had recent professional retrim in leather and alcantara beating life back into it and giving a premium feel whilst driving. A run down of the main parts renewed: In March 2015 the car had BC Coilovers fitted at RCM, lowered a sensible 35mm and medium stiffness tuned for a nice fast road feel. At the same time it also received a laser geometry set up to ensure perfect wheel alignment. In October 2015 the car was showing early signs of well known 2.5 issues. In this case, coolant was purging into the expansion tank suggesting stretched head bolts. So, after a number of exchanged emails, it was agreed to make the best of the situation and embark on a full engine out rebuild. A quick rundown of the spec is as follows: Mishimoto triple core alloy radiator with uprated fan shroud. Forged pistons Forged rods Re-new bearings Full gasket set ARP head studs Cam belt kit Machining and hone Perrin inlet pipe Uprated injectors SC46 Billet Turbo Full Cobra stainless exhaust system Gen 2 headers /up-pipe Syvecs S6+ ECU Perrin FMIC Exedy twin plate clutchn Induction kit Fuel rail kit 4 bar map sensor Fuel pressure reg 3port EBCS Walbro 400 fuel pump oil cooler kit Original block also upgraded to closed deck block. Car has dyno proven 474.2bhp/ 500lb/ft Since rebuild engine has had fresh oil every 3000 miles and service book confirms this. Engine has done approx 16k on rebuild but never done any strenous driving, and has never seen a track day either before or after rebuild. Now mapped to run on Shell V-Power, it has only been fuelled on using V-Power during my ownership even when engine was factory standard. The bodywork is all original and panels are also original, it has had paint in places for cosmetic reasons such as bonnet and front bumper for stone chips and paint corrections for parking dings (of other careless people opening doors and not paying due care and attention) However, all is documented and car has zero accident/crash damage, so bodyshell is clean straight and honest. Only addition to OEM bodywork is genuine STI Spec C roof vent sourced from RCM and a Seibon high level rear spoiler to replace OEM item. I still have OEM item in the garage. The car has also received a deep thorough Waxoyl. The car had full disks and pads all round on 28/03/17 so near new with little wear. This year on 21/03/18 the car also had a Perrin Positive Steering Response kit as well as a geometry set up. It has just had a fresh oil change, and has a brand new cambelt after going in for some remedial work to the oil cooler pipe work and general maintenance and health check. This is a meticulously maintained owners club care which has had no expense spared. Get a high spec build at a fraction of the cost for a like minded enthusiast. Price is £17,750 ono. 7. Alarming how many were flung from their vehicles from the good old days of seat belts not being fashionable. One or two came close to having the car roll on top of them after being flung out of the door or window.
  8. My oh my did old cars handle like crap. How my parents and grandparents survived driving this junk is anyone's guess?
  9. I've got loads. Here is just a selection. Just noticed a famous guy in the background of one of the photos. It was a good show. Well worth going.
